Job summary

Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis as an Onsite Health Technician at a construction site clinic in Haskell, TX. The role supports patient care, workers' compensation case management, Return to Work program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring in collaboration with medical and operations leadership.

Typical shifts run 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with hours varying by client needs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid EMT/Paramedic licensure and current CPR/BLS.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and handle physical tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a construction environment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at on-site clinic.
• Provide patient care and manage workers' compensation cases.
• Facilitate Return to Work programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor and client sites.
• Document care using EMR and other tools; assist with OSHA record-keeping.
