Job summary

Medcor seeks an EMT or Paramedic to join as an Onsite Health Technician at a construction-site clinic in Haskell, TX. This PRN role covers patient care in a dynamic environment with hours 6:30am–5:00pm, Mon–Sat, with client-driven changes.

Ideal candidates hold EMT/Paramedic licensure, CPR/BLS, and can lift 50 lb. You will work closely with medical and operations leadership to ensure safe, efficient care and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client employees and staff.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries/illnesses per Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs).
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership and outside providers.
• Support RTW program facilitation and care coordination.
• Conduct pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Document care using EMR and related tools; maintain accurate records.
