Medcor is hiring an Onsite Health Technician (PRN) to join our occupational health clinics in Waco and McGregor, TX. The role supports employees with first aid, injury care, and wellness programs in an employer-based setting.

The ideal candidate holds EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure with CPR/BLS. You will work with Medcor's medical team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Current EMT, Paramedic, or LPN licensure/certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Comfortable using computers and EMR systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical care in an employer-based clinic.
• Assess, triage, and treat workplace injuries and illnesses using evidence-based protocols.
• Provide first aid and respond to workplace medical emergencies.
• Assist with workers' compensation case management and Return-to-Work programs.
• Coordinate with outside medical providers for follow-up care.
