Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT-Paramedic for a PRN on-site Health Technician position at our occupational health clinic in Woodbury, MN. The clinic operates with varied hours, and there are no guaranteed hours.

The role involves direct patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW program facilitation, and close collaboration with client staff and Medcor leadership. CPR/BLS and current licensure are required, along with strong computer/EMR skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Valid licensure for EMT/Paramedic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills; familiarity with EMR software.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lb. emergency response bag.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medcor medical and operations leadership, client staff and contacts at the client’s corporate structure.
• Provide patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with external medical providers and maintain documentation using EMR systems.
