Job summary

Medcor seeks an EMT or Paramedic for an on-site health technician role at our construction-site clinic in Haskell, TX. This PRN position runs 6:30am–5:00pm, Monday–Saturday, with per diem pay of $135 per day worked.

The role focuses on patient care, workers’ comp, RTW program facilitation, and collaboration with local providers. Applicants should enjoy a dynamic construction-site environment and have a valid EMT/Paramedic license and CPR/BLS.

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure for the position (EMT or Paramedic).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Provide customer service to client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor protocols.
• Build internal team relationships and support health/wellness efforts.
• Document care using EMR systems and complete charting.
• Coordinate with medical providers and client leadership.
