Onsite Health Technician – EMT/Paramedic (PRN)

Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Palmetto, GA. This PRN (as-needed) role runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, with hours potentially changing based on client needs.

Responsibilities include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, Return to Work program facilitation, and EMR documentation. Prior EMS experience and a strong fit for field conditions are valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for the position.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency bag.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a patient-centered approach.
• Willingness to go above and beyond in a flexible, on-site role.
• Passion for delivering high-quality care to people.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at Medcor’s on-site clinic at the construction site.
• Collaborate with medical and operations leadership and external providers.
• Document care using EMR and complete charting accurately.
• Participate in OSHA-related record-keeping and case management.
• Support RTW (Return to Work) program facilitation and treatment planning.
