Zusammenfassung

Medcor provides onsite occupational healthcare and seeks an Onsite Health Technician in Hampton, GA. This full-time role welcomes EMT, Paramedic, or LPN credentials and offers Sundays-Tuesdays 3:00PM-1:00AM, Wednesdays 12:00PM-10:00PM. You will perform first aid, triage, follow protocols, and support employee health at the site.

You’ll work independently on-site with EMR documentation, screenings, and a focus on delivering excellent patient care in a clinic setting.

Qualifikationen

• Hold EMT, Paramedic, or LPN license/certification applicable to the position.
• Have current CPR/BLS certification.
• Be comfortable working independently in an onsite clinic environment.
• Have strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Be able to lift and carry a 50 lb. emergency response bag.

Aufgaben

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies and provide stabilization and care.
• Follow Medcor's clinical protocols and treatment guidelines.
• Document patient care using EMR.
• Support workers' compensation and return-to-work processes.
• Perform pre-employment and post-offer screenings as applicable.
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, outside medical providers, and Medcor leadership.
• Deliver an excellent patient and client experience.
