Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at a construction-site clinic in Palmetto, GA. This PRN position runs 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with hours potentially changing based on client needs.

Candidates should be comfortable in a construction setting, able to climb stairs, and work at heights as required. In this role you will care for patients, manage workers' compensation casework, facilitate Return to Work programs, and coordinate with

Qualifications

• Must have valid licensure for the position
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required
• Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to go above and beyond

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor's on-site clinic
• Provide superior customer service to the client and employees
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor protocols
• Document care using EMR and other tools
• Manage workers' compensation casework and Return to Work programs
• Coordinate with external medical providers as needed
• Maintain OSHA records and case documentation
