Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic for a PRN onsite health technician role at a construction site clinic in Coaldale, NV. Typical hours are Mon–Sat, 7:00 am—5:00 pm, with hours subject to client needs. Per diem may apply for qualifying individuals.

The role involves patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW program facilitation, and collaboration with Medcor leadership and external providers. CDL not required.

Qualifications

• Must have active licensure for EMT/Paramedic role.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Able to lift 50 lb emergency bag.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality with compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to go above and beyond standard duties.
• Passion for helping people and delivering quality care.
• Ability to work in a construction clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at an onsite clinic for a construction site.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and RTW program support.
• Monitor treatment plans and coordinate with medical/operational leadership.
• Document care using EMR and related tools.
• Collaborate with external medical providers and client staff.
