Job summary

Medcor Inc. is seeking a full-time EMT/Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction-site clinic in Beverly, Ohio. Typical hours follow construction schedules, ~0700–1700, Monday through Friday, with additional hours and some weekends.

Candidates should be comfortable in a construction setting, able to climb stairs, and work at heights as needed. The role involves patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW program facilitation, and coordination with outside

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid EMT or Paramedic license/certification.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at the on-site clinic.
• Manage workers’ compensation cases and RTW facilitation.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership and outside providers.
• Support pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Maintain high-quality customer service for client employees.
