Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction-site clinic in Eagle Mountain, UT. The role follows a 3 days on / 4 days off pattern, with potential schedule changes per client needs.

The position requires active licensure, CPR/BLS, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You'll work with Medcor leadership, client staff, and external providers to deliver care and manage RTW programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for EMT or Paramedic role.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Be physically able to lift 50 lb and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at the on-site clinic.
• Provide patient care and coordinate with medical/operational leadership.
• Manage workers' compensation cases and RTW program facilitation.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Collaborate with external medical providers and client staff.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
