Job summary

Medcor is hiring full-time Onsite Health Technicians (EMTs or Paramedics) for its construction site clinic in Silverton, Texas. The role runs 6am–6pm with rotating weekends and may vary by client needs.

Applicants should be comfortable in a construction setting, capable of climbing stairs and working at heights. The position emphasizes patient care, case management, and collaboration with client staff and Medcor leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have EMT or Paramedic licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work at heights in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries/illnesses per MCPs.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Coordinate with medical/operational leadership and external providers.
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
