Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at a construction-site clinic in Hawesville, KY. Hours are Mon–Fri 7 am–7 pm, with variations by client needs.

The role involves patient care, workers’ compensation, RTW program facilitation, and coordination with outside providers. Ideal candidates hold EMT-B or Paramedic licensure, CPR/BLS, and are comfortable in a construction setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid EMT-B or Paramedic licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Able to lift 50 lb and work at heights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in construction environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to client employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries per MCPs.
• Maintain documentation in EMR.
• Coordinate with medical and client staff.
• Support onsite health and wellness efforts.
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings.
• Case management and medical charting.
