Job summary

Amazon's Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team seeks an Onsite Medical Representative to join the site. You will work with the WHS Site Manager and specialists, greeting new hires, attending safety meetings, and supporting daily care needs.

You will assess injuries, refer to outside providers, and help with workers’ comp and return-to-work programs, while maintaining records and promoting health and wellness on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid BLS certification.
• EMT or Paramedic certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid support and refer to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize AA risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Maintain all records of care provided to AAs.
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Engage with AAs and leadership to coach on observed at-risk work habits.
• Maintain first aid, CPR, AED credentials.
