Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Onsite Medical Representative to support the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team at the Murfreesboro site. You will perform on-site first aid, advise associates on injuries, and coordinate care with external providers under OSHA guidelines.

You will work with the WHS Site Manager and IPS, attend safety meetings, and help maintain records, training, and safety programs.

Qualifications

High school or equivalent diploma required.
Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
EMT or Paramedic Certification or Athletic Trainer Certification required/preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide first aid support and referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
Minimize risk of injury through education and proactive engagement with associates.
Maintain records of care provided to associates.
Coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs for work-related injuries.
Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
Engage with associates and leadership on the floor to coach on safe work habits.
Maintain medical supplies and a clean, safe working environment.
Assist with first aid, CPR and AED training certifications.
Maintain credentials in first aid, CPR and AED.
Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends.
