Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance with privileged information.
• Manage patient health records and safeguard records across platforms.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble records in standard order.
• Create digital images of paperwork for the electronic medical record.
• Respond to requests from internal and external sources and route accordingly.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls; assist with administrative duties as needed.
