Job summary

Medcor is seeking an EMT or Paramedic on a PRN basis to serve as Onsite Health Technician at our construction site clinic in Omaha, Nebraska. Hours are as-needed, Monday through Friday, 6:00am–5:00pm, with duties including patient care, workers’ compensation case management, and RTW program facilitation.

Applicants should be comfortable in a construction environment, able to climb stairs, and lift a 50 lb bag. CPR/BLS current, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid licensure for the position (EMT or Paramedic).
• CPR/BLS certification current and valid.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lb and working in a construction environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; positive, outgoing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care at Medcor’s on-site clinic at the construction site.
• Perform ongoing workers’ compensation case management and RTW program facilitation.
• Document care using EMR and related tools; coordinate with medical/operational leadership.
• Support on-site employee health and wellness efforts and perform screenings as needed.
• Collaborate with external providers and client staff to ensure quality care.
