Job summary
LifeCycle II, LLC is seeking a Kansas-licensed Registered Nurse to provide onsite health coaching, education, and support to employees participating in client wellness programs. The RN Health Coach collaborates with clients to reduce health risks, manage chronic conditions, and close preventive care gaps through motivational interviewing.
The role averages 20–30 hours per month across five worksites in McPherson, Hesston, Hutchinson, and Newton, with schedule flexibility and travel within Kansas
Qualifications
- Requires Kansas RN license and BSN.
- Experience teaching health topics and behavior change.
- Strong communication and independent work capabilities.
- Familiar with electronic health records and privacy rules.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onsite visits with health assessments and goal setting.
- Coach participants with chronic conditions using motivational interviewing.
- Identify education needs from health assessments and biometric data.
- Provide education aligned with prevention and chronic disease guidelines.
- Maintain accurate confidential documentation and schedules.
