Qualifications

Strong clinical skills with 3+ years in health and wellness.
1+ years health coaching/education experience.

Bilingual Spanish with ability to pass language tests.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
Identify health education needs via targeted assessments; refer to programs as appropriate.
Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
Empower customers to participate actively in their health outcomes.
Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities and events.
May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to drive outcomes.
Support health-related site events and engage with client partners.
