Job summary

LifeCycle II, LLC is seeking a Kansas-licensed Registered Nurse to provide onsite health coaching, education, and support to employees participating in client wellness programs. The RN Health Coach will use a participant-centered approach to help individuals understand health risks, manage chronic conditions, and build sustainable healthy habits across five worksites in Kansas.

Average 20–30 hours per month with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program and Kansas RN license.
• 2–3 years of health education or counseling experience.
• Knowledge of disease prevention and behavior-change coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled onsite visits with health assessments and coaching.
• Support participants with chronic conditions and goal setting.
• Use motivational interviewing to promote behavior change.
• Identify education needs from health data and assessments.
• Provide education aligned with prevention and chronic-care guidelines.
• Manage caseload, schedule visits, and maintain records.
