CVS Health is hiring an On-Site Wellness Coach in Nebraska to partner with employees at an assigned client location. You will deliver one-on-one coaching, group programs, health screenings, and engaging wellness initiatives to improve health outcomes and participation in employer programs.

You will use evidence-based coaching techniques and motivational interviewing, create individualized action plans, and track progress through EMR systems. Travel to the onsite location daily is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wellness coaching or related field.
• Experience documenting participant interactions in EMR or wellness systems.
• Knowledge of evidence-based wellness practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and group wellness programs.
• Review health risk assessments and biometric results to guide plans.
• Develop customized wellness action plans and track progress.
