Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking an Environmental Technician to provide hazardous and non-hazardous waste services at our client facility in West Point, PA. You will work under supervision to complete scheduled projects while complying with state and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include handling waste tasks, documenting US DOT/EPA paperwork, maintaining safety, and coordinating with site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of industry experience and customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership, time management, and teamwork.
• Proficient with Google Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional image with clients and resolve issues.
• Manage onsite hazardous and non-hazardous waste needs per contract.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies.
• Complete and file US DOT/EPA paperwork for waste disposal.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely to complete projects.
• Follow contract terms and assist with related duties.
• Support storage, hazardous waste, lab activities, and sampling.
