Job summary

Veolia in North America is seeking a field-based environmental technician to manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste services at client facilities. You will handle packing, labeling, manifesting, and shipping waste per contract requirements while following all environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Strong communication with onsite clients and team is essential. Qualified candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related fields with 2–4 years of experience and OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or science-related discipline.
• 2-4 years of industry experience and customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hazardous and non-hazardous services at client facility in accordance with regulations.
• Pack, label, manifest, and ship waste per contract parameters.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and health policy compliance.
• Prepare and process US DOT/EPA paperwork for disposal of hazardous waste.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely to complete projects on time.
• Collaborate with clients and team to meet environmental needs.
