Job summary

Oxide is seeking an on-site Hardware Test Engineer to lead testing at our contract manufacturers in Rochester and Winona, MN. This role is remote-friendly but requires regular on-site presence to ensure builds meet all functional specifications and test coverage.

You will validate new test functions, work with manufacturing software teams to improve test systems, read schematics, and participate in NPI bring-up and test documentation. Relocation is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical hardware testing and debugging in rapid NPI environments.
• Ability to use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, logic analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oxide on-site hardware test engineering at CM facilities in Rochester and Winona, MN.
• Validate new test functions before production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing software teams to improve test design and processes.
• Interface with test systems, read schematics and drawings to understand the system.
• Participate in NPI bring-up and manufacturing test planning.
• Recommend hardware and BOMs for test systems and DFx feedback.
• Document test procedures and troubleshoot trending failures, root cause analyses.
