Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Sr. Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. The position is full-time and 100% onsite; initial training occurs at Grapevine, TX before transitioning to Fort Worth.

Responsibilities include technical support to production, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and client escalations. Requires hardware engineering background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in hardware engineering.
• Hands on hardware assembly/disassembly on computing devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong Excel, Word and Office suite knowledge.
• Moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, configuration files.
• Ability to liaise between company and client.

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sr. Product Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, direct hire position. The role is 100% onsite. If hired, this person will train at the Grapevine, TX facility before transitioning to working at the Fort Worth facility.

• Contact client for escalations.

• Prepare parts and components for Factory team second level failure analysis.

• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Requires moderate knowledge of UEFI, WINPE, CMD, Batch files, SDK, ADK, Configuration files.
• Effectively communicate concepts and solutions with various levels of the organization.
• Effectively liaison between Company and Client.
• Must be able to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision.
• Requires strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Requires flexibility to work overtime for special projects or business supports.
