This role requires 3+ years in hardware field service, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Travel up to 80% during peak seasons is expected, with a focus on safe, high‑quality execution on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in hardware field service or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across cameras, compute, networking, power, cabling.
• Proven ability to lead onsite work with limited supervision.
• Experience using remote diagnostics, logs, and monitoring tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onsite leadership of hardware installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Mentor Engineers through hardware tasks, troubleshooting, QA checks, and field activities.
• Own hardware health checks and validate readiness before handover to live ops.
• Lead complex onsite troubleshooting, coordinate RMAs and spares, escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to hit installation timelines and provide field feedback.
• Support remote troubleshooting and advise on travel decisions when not on site.
