This upgraded role suits an experienced bookkeeper or AP professional ready to take broader ownership, with high-volume workload and on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, or financial operations experience.
• Strong full-cycle bookkeeping and cash-management skills.
• Experience managing invoices, repayments, bank transfers, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and report creation.
• Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and initiative.
• Onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial operations for the client, including collections, AP, bank transfers, deal funding, bookkeeping, investor payments, and regulatory filings.
• Provide hands-on oversight and ownership of the accounting cycle.
• Maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure control and compliance.
