• Coordinate year-end reviews and statutory audits, including regulatory examinations.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax filings and related compliance reporting.
• Review indirect tax filings to ensure accuracy and alignment with regulations.
• Collaborate with operations teams to analyze labor costs, profitability, and performance.
• Lead accounting personnel across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting functions.
• Analyze P&L results across entities to identify trends and support decisions.
• Develop quarterly financial statements and reporting packages for lender covenant compliance.

• Coordinate year-end reviews and statutory audits, including specialized compliance and regulatory examinations
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax filings and related compliance reporting
• Review indirect tax filings to ensure accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations
• Collaborate with operations teams to analyze labor costs, profitability, and operational performance
• Lead accounting personnel across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general accounting functions
• Analyze profit and loss results across multiple entities to identify trends and support decision-making
