Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
• 2 years of small group marketing, membership, underwriting, and/or customer service preferred.
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review forms and documents for completeness.
• Contact agents and groups for needed information.
• Verify coverage benefits and rate workers' compensation and out-of-state employees.
• Enter group and member information into enrollment system.
