Job summary

Randstad USA in Norwood, MA is seeking a Contingent Manufacturing Associate II to support drug product labeling and packaging on a 100% onsite schedule. The role requires GMP experience and will involve line setup, labeling, box packing, and QA documentation.

Shift is Mon-Fri, day shift, with pay range $30–$33 per hour based on experience. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in GMP manufacturing or pharma/biotech packaging, strong batch record discipline, and the ability to stand for long periods

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; science/technical degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in GMP manufacturing or regulated ops (pharma/biotech packaging/labeling preferred).
• Experience with batch records, line clearance, in-process checks, and label reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform line setup, operation, and changeover support for labeling, cartoning, kitting, and case packing activities.
• Perform room/equipment checks, line clearances, and controlled material staging to keep production running smoothly and compliantly.
• Support label issuance, use, segregation, reconciliation, and documentation accuracy.
• Conduct vision checks, print/scan verifications, and barcode verifications to ensure flawless execution.
• Complete contemporaneous batch records and electronic logbooks using ALCOA+ principles.
• Partner with QA/QC, MS&T, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical field (preferred)
