Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Associate II to support parenteral drug product labeling and packaging in Norwood, MA. The role focuses on accurate, right‑first‑time packaging, strict documentation (ALCOA), and teamwork to meet quality and serialization requirements.

Responsibilities include line setup, changeovers, labeling control, in-process checks, and cross‑functional collaboration with QA/QC, MS&T, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required; higher degree preferred.
• Typically 1–3 years of GMP manufacturing or regulated operations experience.
• Experience with packaging/batch records, label control, and escalation of issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging operations per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Set up, operate, and changeover labeling and packaging lines.
• Perform line clearances and room/equipment readiness checks.
• Document contemporaneously (ALCOA) in logbooks and MES/eBR systems.
• Verify equipment status and pre-use checks; escalate deviations.
