Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring a Manufacturing Associate I to help produce mRNA drug substance in a regulated cleanroom in Norwood, MA. This on-site role emphasizes adherence to GMP, batch records, and real-time data entry.

You will join a collaborative team, with responsibilities spanning aseptic processing, formulation, and packaging, while leveraging SAP, Veeva, and LIMS for documentation and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 0–1 years of experience, OR
• Associate’s degree with 2–4 years of experience, OR
• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute hands-on manufacturing operations (aseptic processing, formulation, filtration, mixing, filling, and dispensing) following batch records and SOPs.
• Operate within a human performance model emphasizing error prevention, accuracy, and real-time documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom readiness and perform real-time data entry using digital manufacturing systems (SAP, Veeva, DeltaV, LIMS).
• Build knowledge of advanced equipment, process flows, and biomanufacturing tech.
• Collaborate with teammates, escalate issues early, and support safety and quality improvements.
