Job summary

Randstad USA, in partnership with our client, seeks a Manufacturing Associate II for 100% on-site work in Norwood, MA. The role supports cGMP manufacturing with night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 12-hour shifts, Sunday through Wednesday, 3 openings on this shift.

Requires 2+ years in cGMP manufacturing; HS diploma or GED required; Associate/Bachelor in science a plus. Pay is $35–$37/hour, with a 6-month temporary contract and a start date around October 12, 2026.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in cGMP manufacturing or regulated cleanroom preferred.
Experience with aseptic manufacturing, component prep, filling, or visual inspection.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Perform formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, component prep, sterilization, and visual inspection in accordance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
Conduct equipment checks, line clearances, material staging, and routine cleanroom activities.
Complete MES/eBR documentation, batch records, and logbooks.
Monitor equipment alarms, support troubleshooting, and perform batch record reviews.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations.
