Job summary

Moderna is hiring for a Sr. Manufacturing Associate I, Drug Product Label & Packaging in Norwood, MA. This role leads line setup, labeling, and packaging activities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely escalation of issues.

You will document meticulously, support investigations, and coach peers to uphold cGMP standards. You will participate in continuous improvement, maintain equipment readiness, and collaborate with QA/QC, MS&T, and Engineering to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• ALCOA+ documentation and right-first-time execution required.
• Experience with labeling and packaging in GMP/pharma.
• Ability to perform line clearances and material staging.
• Ability to lift up to ~35 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or execute line setup, operation, and changeover for labeling and packaging processes.
• Perform line clearances, readiness checks, and material staging to support compliant operations.
• Execute label control activities including issuance, reconciliation, and disposition per procedure.
