Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain manufacturing, warehouse operations, logistics and/or materials.
• Hands-on experience with Global Supply Chain processes and material flow.
• Ability to work independently and make timely decisions during off-shift operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team and develop employees, drive performance management, and optimize the organizational structure.
• Support supplier and service-provider relationships; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analyze complex supply chain issues and guide resolution with minimal production disruption.
• Assess supplier schedules and impact on vehicle assembly production.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative solutions and communicate findings to leadership.
