Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, voice and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on treatment strategies and communication techniques.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
