• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on strategies and communication techniques.
• Document evaluations and progress notes per regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Participate in care planning and team meetings.
