Job summary

Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living seeks a per diem, on-site Out-patient Physical Therapist. You will deliver outpatient PT services to residents on our campus, integrating care plans with the interdisciplinary team to support mobility, function, and well-being.

You will document care and ensure regulatory compliance while working with an experienced team dedicated to aging well; residency in Massachusetts is part of the campus program with onsite facilities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid and current state Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy to Brooksby Village residents.
• Implement residents' personal care plans and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory standards.
