Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations for a premier winery and restaurant destination near Bridgman, Michigan. This onsite leadership role focuses on hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and financial performance.

You will oversee P&L, labor, COGS, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue opportunities, while coordinating closely with culinary, wine, events, and operations teams to deliver elevated guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.
• Experience in higher-end, chef-driven winery, resort, hotel, or full-service hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, labor, food/beverage costs, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing hospitality teams.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant and property operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience.
• Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop hospitality staff while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L, labor costs, COGS, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with culinary, wine, events, and operations teams to deliver elevated dining experiences and destination hospitality.
• Maintain operating standards across staffing, reservations, table flow, property readiness, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
