Job summary

Nbutexas in Northern Michigan seeks a hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive profitability, oversee front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, and build a capable, accountable team across all departments.

The role requires 2–4 years in hotel leadership, strong P&L knowledge, and hands-on leadership; tech-savvy with management systems and reporting. A driver’s license and background check are needed.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM or GM role preferred).
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L, labor control, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across all departments.
• Tech-savvy with hotel management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion a welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B.
