Qualifications

• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate gear hobbing, shaping, and broaching machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Select, install, and adjust cutting tools and machine settings.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections with precision tools.
• Maintain production records and ensure traceability in ISO 9001 environment.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and maintenance to resolve issues.
