Job summary

OSI Group in Aurora, IL is seeking an experienced Recruiter to coordinate and execute recruiting across locations and departments for administrative to mid-level roles. You will manage requisitions, source candidates, advise hiring managers, extend offers, and coordinate relocations.

This fast-paced role requires strong organization, prioritization, and a positive candidate experience. You will build talent pipelines, partner with search firms, conduct interviews, and own end-to-end recruitment

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of solid sourcing and recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively across multiple requisitions.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and HR Assistant functionality.
• Experience recruiting across manufacturing/operations and corporate roles.
• Strong networking and candidate sourcing through multiple channels.
• Ability to analyze data and present recruiting insights.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles from intake to close.
• Review applications and conduct preliminary candidate interviews.
• Prepare and extend offers; coordinate background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
