Job summary

Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to build a proactive talent pipeline for a fast-scaling 100% onsite workforce in Aventura, FL. You will own sourcing strategy end-to-end, identify top talent through market research, and present only high-quality candidates to hiring managers.

You will manage intake, screening, interviews, offers, and closure while maintaining strong candidate relationships and meeting key performance indicators in a high-visibility role reporting to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proactive/direct sourcing experience.
• Track record of identifying and closing top talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Accountability to KPIs and metrics.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to work 100% onsite, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, market mapping, referrals, and competitor research.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified talent across requisitions.
• Screen and vet candidates, submitting only strong fits to hiring managers.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, closes.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates and hiring managers.
• Track recruiting KPIs and report on time-to-fill, submittal-to-hire, pipeline volume.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS.
