Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Customer Contact Team Lead to manage the front desk, call center and centralized scheduling operations on site in Port Orchard. You will collaborate with the Client Contact Manager to resolve complaints swiftly and ensure clinical staff are supported with reliable scheduling.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year in a call center or customer service management, and EMR experience; a bachelor's in business is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in call centers and customer service management (min 1 year).
• Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the CSR departments and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Assist in training and onboarding to keep CSR knowledge current.
• Streamline and prioritize routine tasks in coordination with the Client Contact Manager.
• Resolve issues that CSR cannot handle and coach staff as needed.
• Promote positive staff morale through timely, accurate internal communications.
• Maintain lobby postings in multiple languages and uphold HIPAA standards.
