Medtronic is seeking a Financial Consultant for the Global Commercial Office in Fridley, MN. This onsite role supports FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to drive profitable growth. You will build models, perform scenario analyses, and present insights to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance, strong Excel and data visualization skills, and the ability to partner across functions in a dynamic environment. Fridley campus with 4+ days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Experience in FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and performance management.
• Experience developing executive-level financial presentations and business insights.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting activities, including monthly outlooks and annual planning.
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Translate complex financial data into concise executive materials.
• Partner with Finance and business teams to align assumptions and improve performance.
