Job summary

Medtronic in Mounds View, Minnesota seeks a Principal Financial Analyst for Endoscopy US Commercial to lead revenue forecasting, financial planning, scenario modeling and performance analysis across the portfolio. This onsite role partners with Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain to translate business strategies into financial outcomes.

You will be the primary finance partner to U.S. Commercial leadership, develop models, analyze sales and margins, support pricing strategies and IBP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong finance/accounting foundation
• MBA or CPA designation preferred
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, planning, and performance analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue forecasting activities, monthly outlooks, annual planning, risk assessment, and opportunity identification
• Develop scenario models and business cases to evaluate growth opportunities and investments
• Analyze sales, profitability, pricing, and margin performance to provide actionable recommendations
• Partner with Marketing and Operations to support pricing strategies and margin improvement initiatives
• Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) activities including demand/supply alignment and inventory management
• Develop and maintain field revenue quota methodologies and performance reporting
