Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements to protect clients' interests.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for complex litigation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting creditor rights.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining quality.
