Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on ovens, conveyors, and processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, including inspection and replacement of parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Ensure GMP compliance when working in food production.
Document maintenance work and communicate status to stakeholders.
Participate in on-call rotation for weekend coverage.
Follow safety procedures around electrical and gas equipment.
