Job summary

True Harmony Company is seeking a Food & Facility Services Technician to join our team in Ely, Nevada. This on-site role combines basic meal preparation with routine cleaning, sanitation, and supply stocking to support a safe and welcoming workplace. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m. with occasional holidays and weekends. Benefits include 100% company-paid medical and life insurance, dental and vision coverage, and PTO with progressive increases, plus a $250 performance

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
1+ year of janitorial and cooking/food preparation experience.
Experience serving meals for groups and following recipes.
ServSafe Food Handler/Manager certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, kitchens, and equipment.
Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for leadership daily and for 50+ onsite employees on designated days.
Track supplies, perform inventory, and maintain logs and sanitation records.
Follow all food-safety, allergen-awareness, and PPE requirements.
Coordinate service timing with the manager and communicate concerns promptly.
Assist with onboarding or housing-related tasks as needed.
