Job summary

True Harmony Company in Ely, Nevada, is seeking a Food & Facility Services Technician to join our onsite team. This role combines basic meal preparation with routine cleaning, sanitation, and supply stocking, serving two daily meals for the leadership team and lunches for 50+ staff on designated days.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of janitorial and cooking experience, with ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year experience in janitorial services and cooking/food preparation.
• ServSafe Food Handler and ServSafe Manager certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to pass required background checks and obtain an Agent Card for work in a cannabis facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, work areas, restrooms, kitchens, equipment, and structures using approved procedures and products.
• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch for leadership daily; on authorized days, meals for 50+ onsite employees.
• Stock supplies, track inventory, and manage simple budgets under guidance.
• Follow all food-safety, sanitation, allergen-awareness, temperature-control, and personal-hygiene requirements.
• Complete required sanitation logs and food-service records accurately and on time.
• Coordinate service timing with the manager and report facility or safety concerns promptly.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals; follow PPE and SDS guidelines.
